We would like to invite you to one of our 5 family owned and operated RV parks, located in Yuma, AZ.

We will make every effort to see to it that your stay with us will be an enjoyable experience.  We will do everything in our power to make sure your stay with us is as happy and pleasant as possible.

General Information

The parks are Senior Adult parks for age  55+

Each park has a recreational building where you can play cards, play pool, read a book, take in a game of bingo and eat a meal at a social gathering.

All Parks have laundry facilities.

Most of the residents feel like they have a second family when they are visiting.  There is always something to do and people to meet.

Yuma, AZ

The average winter daily temperature is 75° with virtually no precipitation and low humidity. 

There are 11 public golf courses for all the golf lovers and those who want to learn.

Yuma is just minutes away from Old Mexico and California.  Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes from San Diego or Phoenix.

Among some of the sites to see in Yuma are the Territorial Prison, Colorado River, Indian Reservation with casinos, St. Thomas Mission and much much more.

There are shops for all your needs in the Yuma metro area.  A brand new mall has been built with major department stores and stores you have come to love.  Historic downtown has specialty shops along with the antique stores.  Everyone can be satisfied.
