Reservation Policy:
Length of Stay: We reserve for a minimum stay of five months starting Nov. 1. Anything less is on a first come, first serve basis.
Deposit: A $25.00 non-refundable deposit will be applied to the first month’s rent if the balance of the first month’s rent is paid by October 1.
If the balance is not paid by that time the deposit is forfeited and the space will not be held for you. The first month of the reservation is November.
Deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled.
